What happens with funds raised with PPSC?

We are still early in the process, but as a non profit, we will follow applicable Oregon nonprofit laws and Oregon Department of Justice requirements regarding the distribution of remaining assets. When the assets are distributed, they will be used for what it was meant for, strengthening soccer in Prineville.

Why did this happen so fast?

PPSC was always a part of Bend FC; however, with the growth of soccer in Prineville and keeping the kids at the forefront, joining forces with Bend FC, was the logical next step toward expanding opportunities, resources, and player development while keeping soccer local.

What happens to equipment purchased from PPSC?

Equipment and other organizational assets will be accounted for and addressed as part of the formal nonprofit dissolution process, in accordance with applicable Oregon laws and requirements.

Do the fees change now that we are a part of Bend FC?

Prineville Premier Soccer Club and Bend FC are officially joining forces!

This represents an exciting step forward for our athletes, families, and the future of competitive soccer in Central Oregon. Prineville Premier’s goal has always been to provide local players with high-quality coaching, meaningful competition, and opportunities to develop their skills while representing their community with pride.

By joining forces with Bend FC, we are working to create a stronger, more sustainable competitive soccer program with expanded resources, coaching development opportunities, and a clearer pathway for player growth.

Most importantly, we remain committed to keeping competitive soccer right here in Prineville. Our players will continue to have the opportunity to train and develop locally while benefiting from the resources and support of a larger organization.

We are incredibly proud of what we have built through Prineville Premier, and this next chapter will allow us to continue building on that foundation.
